28일 레이첼레이쇼 출연

Donnie가 얼마전에 레이첼 레이쇼 촬영을 했는데요,

28일(미쿡시간) 방송 됩니다.

금요일엔 potluck party라는 테마로 출연자들이

각자 본인의 음식을 가져와서 쇼를 진행하는 모양입니다.

Donnie는 뭔가 매콤한 걸 가져오셨다고 하는데요,

뭔지 궁금하군요!

더불어 레이첼의 잡지에 Donnie의 하루일상에 대한 기사가 실렸는데요,

제가 한달 넘게 지켜본 결과... 

시즌 내내 벌어진 일을 하루로 압축해 놓으셨네요!

A Day in the Food Life of Donnie Wahlberg

We asked the singer and star of CBS' Blue Bloods to document his day -- and meals -- with his BlackBerry camera phone. It turns out there's not much Donnie can't do in 24 hours, except dodge dessert!

5 a.m. - That can't be my alarm already -- it's still dark outside. I can squeeze in two taps of the snooze button before go -- time. See you in a few.

5:10 a.m. - The alarm may be dozing, but my dog Lumpy is wide awake -- and turning my bed into a trampoline. I'm up!

6 a.m. - Breakfast on the NYC set of Blue Bloods: an egg white burrito with vegetables, fresh fruit and a Starbucks black tea with milk and Splenda. I eat the same thing every morning. I wish I was a guy who could have pancakes and bacon and cheesy eggs, but I'd curl up and pass out. I gotta start healthy or I'll be off the rails all day.

7 a.m. - Off to the makeup chair -- it'll take more than makeup to make these dark circles disappear. Maybe a Red Bull will help?

10 a.m. - Filming a family dinner scene with the whole cast, which are my favorite to do. Wait, why am I always the only one at the table eating the food?!

12:30 p.m. - Time to put more fuel in the tank! I grab lunch: salad with grilled chicken, olives and balsamic vinaigrette. The cast sits together for meals, like a family. It reminds me a lot of my childhood, growing up with nine kids around the dinner table: Meals were loud and full of laughter and jokes and stories -- it's a lot like that here.

2 p.m. - A group of New Kids on the Block fans found our set -- and brought me homemade yellow cupcakes with vanilla frosting! I'm spoiled: This actually happens a lot. I used to eat everything the fans made me, but my clothes stopped fitting. The crew even hung this sign on my door. But one cupcake won't hurt!

2:01 p.m. - A driver on set says I'll be poisoned one of these days. If this cupcake is poison, I'm going to die with a smile on my face because it's so good. Even Tom Selleck comes over to snag one.

4 p.m. - I've got a break between scenes. Time to send out some Twitter hugs, or "twugs," as I call them, to my soldiers. Spreading the love!

4:30 p.m. - Hey, look! "TWUG" is trending.

8:33 p.m. - Wrapped the final shot of the day. I hop in the car and turn on the radio -- guess what's playing?!

9 p.m. - Remember how good I ate all day? It's payback time! I'm at Peter Luger Steakhouse in Brooklyn, and I just ordered a monster steak with all the sides -- I'm talking thick-cut bacon, buttery potatoes and creamed spinach. This meal is epic.

11:30 p.m. - Finally home, and ready to kick it with the remote. I love food shows: Anthony Bourdain, Iron Chef, Chopped, you name it. I should go to bed -- it's another early day tomorrow -- but I function best with just a few hours' sleep.
